Site changes

Many changes recently around The Sea of Storms, most recent is the addition of a Developer Blog, which is a joint effort mostly between Luthien and Jeshin.

But with its addition some site updates were made as well, I moved around a few navigation items, shrunk TSoS WIKI to just WIKI on the top bar, added the blog link there as well and a much requested news archive page where people can view old news entries that are no longer visible on the front page.

Oh and due to popular request and in order to support a new feature that the site will use the side navigation no longer scrolls along with you.

Also, as a result of incessant nagging, by someone who shall remain nameless, the maps lightbox has been revamped to make it a bit more "intuitive"
